Return Collection Procedure

To ensure a faster and more efficient returns process, the collection of returned items will be arranged directly by Malvi & Co. through its designated courier.

The return collection service costs €12.00, which will be deducted directly from the total refund amount.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions for the collection of the returned items.

Enter the last name used for the order.
Use the order number from your order confirmation email.
We will send the confirmation of receipt to this address.
What would you like to withdraw? These details are used only to identify the contract or the part of the contract you want to withdraw. A withdrawal reason is not required.
For partial withdrawals, provide at least an item name or item number. The quantity helps identify the item more clearly.
